While shopping recently, Tim Marsteen found some cool kids’ backpacks on sale. He thought this would be a good opportunity to help kids in need! Tim purchased all 12 backpacks and took them over to Greensferry Elementary to support kids in Post Falls where we are building Mongeau Meadows PH2 and Simplicity is building Miracle on Britton. The team at Greensferry Elementary were blown away and excited to be able to help the kids at their school!

OPEN ENROLLMENT IS COMING!

What is Open Enrollment?

Open enrollment is a once-a-year opportunity for team members to make changes to their health benefits by adding plans, changing plans, adding or removing family members, changing Health Savings Account contributions, or renewing annual Flexible Spending Accounts.

Once Open Enrollment is closed, your benefit selections cannot be changed until the next Open Enrollment period or unless you have a Qualifying Life Event, such as a birth, marriage, divorce, etc.

When Does our Open Enrollment Begin?

Open Enrollment will be live from Monday, November 3 – November 21, 2025 Look for your email announcement from EE with benefits information or login to the benefits portal anytime at https://myhaydenhomesbenefits.com with the username: haydenhomes and password: benefits, for in-depth info on all our benefit plans.

How Do I Change My Benefits?

Employee Experience will send out communication once Open Enrollment is LIVE. You will then login to ADP to make your 2026 benefits selections by November 21, 2025. Look for the “Open Enrollment 2026” tile on your ADP homepage to get started.

In the enrollment, you will see what benefits you already have and can use the options available to make changes for the new year.

The health benefits you choose during Open Enrollment will be effective on January 1, 2026 through the end of next year.

What If I Do Not Want to Make Any Changes?

Hayden Homes has a passive Open Enrollment, so if you do not want any updates to your benefits, then you do not need to take any action and your current benefits will continue uninterrupted.

The only exception is that FSA accounts need to be re-enrolled in every year. You will need to login to elect FSA for 2026 even if you had one in 2025. (HSA contributions continue without re-enrolling. You can update your HSA amount anytime from your Enrollments page in ADP.)

Need Anything?

Contact EE@hayden-homes.com if you have questions or want to set up a benefits call with us - and your spouse too!

Inland Northwest

Inland Northwest

Our Inland Northwest team, along with Lakeland High School football players and wrestlers, volunteered with the Rathdrum Lions Club to chop and load 10 cords of wood, helping 31 elders and veterans in the community. The day concluded with pizza to celebrate everyone’s hard work and impact.

Marketing Team

Following their quarterly meeting, our marketing team enjoyed a fall-themed bouquet workshop taught by Covey Fields, a local flower farm in Redmond. It was a great opportunity to unwind, connect, and get creative while learning the basics of floral arrangement. They had a blast to say the least!

Our Inland Northwest team has been a long time sponsor of this annual fundraiser for Fantasy Flight, an annual event that takes underprivileged children from the Spokane area to the North Pole for a magical holiday experience. Members of our management came out to support this great cause. Each year at this event, about 60 children are treated to a day filled with joy, gifts, and a visit with Santa Claus. The event is made possible by volunteers, sponsors, and local businesses, and it we are grateful to be a part of it!

Our Oregon team battled in an afternoon of laser tag after their PHAT meeting!

You Go!

South Idaho

South Washington

Our South Idaho sales and marketing teams volunteered at the Lighthouse Rescue Mission, helping sort hundreds of donated toys that will be available to families in need during the holidays. The Lighthouse Rescue Mission reaches out to the community by providing food, shelter, clothing, and opportunities to recover from homelessness for men, women and children in need!

Our South Washington team dropped off 24 comfort and goody bags to Good Shepherd Hospital in Hermiston to thank their doctors and nurses for their hard work in the community!

Oregon I-5

Our I-5 Simplicity and Hayden Homes team members attended our 3rd annual cleanup event with Giving A Hoot in the city of Albany. Our teams spent several hours cleaning up trash near I5 off-ramp and Knox Butte Rd.

We are proud to support Giving a Hoot, who’s sole purpose and mission is to improve the appearance of the City of Albany, Oregon. It is our belief that a beautiful city improves its livability and increases its economic viability!

Glowing Reviews

We’ve received some incredible feedback from our customers recently and we want to highlight a few team members and their efforts from the past month. WAY TO GO!

Babbitt Family

“We have had the best experience with Brent Matsui and Christy Moore, I can’t say enough about them. Brent is absolutely amazing, responsive, caring, and always going above and beyond. He never left a question unanswered or a concern unaddressed. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and makes sure every detail is handled. Christy is the sole reason we chose Hayden Homes over Toll Brothers. From the beginning, she was honest, kind, and incredibly helpful. She walked us through every step of the process with patience and clarity, and I always felt like she had our best interest at heart. Her dedication made what could have been a stressful process smooth and even enjoyable. We are so grateful for both Brent and Christy. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Brian Orr who was in charge of our maintenance. He sincerely wanted to resolve any issues I had, no matter how big or small. He was always willing to go the extra mile for me and was never too busy for a quick chat and a smile. I know that he is super busy and could not always get to me instantly, but I know that he got to me as soon as he could. Brian has been extremely responsive and worked hard to ensure that I was satisfied that every concern I had was resolved as quickly as possible, and to my total satisfaction. I can’t thank Brian enough. He represents Hayden Homes so well.”

“I never do surveys, but I had to give Will Soltman a shout out. Not only is he extremely professional & knowledgeable, he’s hilarious-which made a nerve-wracking purchase actually exciting! Honestly, if he wasn’t so awesome, we probably wouldn’t have pulled the trigger as quickly as we did. He’s very good at his job. He deserves a raise and a vacation. Thank you, Will!”

Support Center Grand Opening

We’re proud to celebrate the grand opening of our new Support Center in Redmond, Oregon! This was more than a celebration—it was a reminder of where it all began.

In 1989, Bob and Virginia Watson started Hayden Homes in a 1,000 sq. ft. model home in Redmond with a simple belief: to give more than you get. That vision continues to guide us today as we build not just homes, but a strong community where people can live fulfilled lives.

We’re honored to continue that legacy in our new space; to expand opportunities and strengthen our long-standing support for the communities and hardworking families we are honored to serve throughout the Northwest.

We are proud to provide a space where our team and culture can thrive, to continue our investment in local jobs, and to live out our Give As You Go™ philosophy. Field team — remember, this is your space too. Come grab a desk, a snack, and some good company anytime!

Thank you to our team members, REDI, the Redmond Chamber, Mayor Ed Fitch and the entire Redmond community for welcoming us home and for making our celebration one worth remembering. We look forward to our next 30 years of growth, and beyond!

With the help of our Grand Opening attendees, we were able to pack 200 hygiene kits with special words of encouragement for Jericho Road, a local nonprofit helping the homeless and those in need in the Redmond area!
