A film about two preteen boys discovering their sexuality and the relation between power and sex in the awkward social setting of a sleepy small town with a military base. David is the boastful son of a high-ranking officer, while Aseng’s father is an ethnic minority tobacco merchant who sells bootleg liquor. Lucky Kuswandi, an alumnus of Berlinale Talents 2006, has produced several shorts since 2005. His feature film «In the Absence of the Sun» premiered at Tokyo IFF 2014 and was the closing film at Singapore IFF 2014. «The Fox Exploits the Tiger’s Might» was selected for the Critics’ Week in Cannes 2015.

Orizon Astonia (b. 1992) has loved films ever since he was a kid. He studied at a film school and has produced several short films, including «Pingitan» (2013), «Sarapan Pagi» (2013), and his latest short «Pelacur dan Seekor Anjing» (2016).

Carlo Francisco Manatad (b. 1987) is a Filipino director and editor based in Manila, and a graduate of the University of the Philippines Film Institute. His films have been screened at important festivals, including Locarno and Clermont-Ferrand. He is currently working on his first feature film, «A Wrong Season». «Fatima...» won the Best Comedy Award at Aspen Shortsfest.
