LESLIE GOSSETT

Leslie Gossett is in Austin’s top 1% of real estate agents and brings more than fifteen years of experience to her work as a Global Real Estate Advisor at Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty.

Leslie’s passion for real estate reaches back to her tenure at Texas Christian University. While studying for her finance degree, Leslie interned at two different residential brokerages. Shortly after graduating in 2008, Leslie became licensed and also owns a staging company and an art curation business.

Leslie has sustained her foothold in the Central Texas luxury market for over 11 years. Her clients receive the full benefit of her expertise, creativity, and multifaceted career interests. Leslie feels strongly about being there for her clients and maintains around-the-clock availability. She is a tenacious negotiator and meticulous when it comes to reviewing contracts and analyzing listings. There is nothing more essential to Leslie than building trust with her clients and nurturing long-lasting relationships.

Apart from using her resources and local expertise to assist her clients in their real estate endeavors, Leslie proudly offers insight on preparing properties for the market. As the owner of a successful staging business, she provides professional services proven to help homes sell faster, including supplying furnishings. She also has an extensive network of connections with local services to ensure your house looks the best it can to impress even the most discerning buyers.

If there is one thing Leslie is known for, it’s her focused determination to see her clients’ goals accomplished. She leads with excellence and integrity in every decision. This proven approach has helped Leslie make a name for herself in the Austin real estate industry. She spent many years at Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty after owning her own brokerage, where she excelled as a top agent and a member of the President’s Club. However, her talents and leadership skills did not go unnoticed, and she was hand-selected to become a founding agent and Managing Partner at The Agency when they opened in Austin. Leslie’s success continued at The Agency, where she helped to build a successful office and establish the company’s reputation in the Austin market. Despite her success, Leslie has now rejoined Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, where she is excited to bring her experience and insights, along with the global power of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, to the clients.

Outside of the office, Leslie is a devoted wife and mother and loves taking advantage of all the city offers. From strolling through the walkable shopping districts to checking out the live music scene, Leslie loves being part of such an active community.

PROPOSED EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT TERMS

Leslie Gossett of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty (KSIR) will leverage its strong global reach along with its superior local marketing and sales resources to further promote Gossett & Co’s business both now and in the future. The following are terms outlining KSIR’s value proposition to Gossett and Co for both sales and marketing efforts:

DEDICATED ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

KSIR will hire and train (1) dedicated Account Executive to be licensed under Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty and receive all benefits of that association including global web exposure, the ability to attend sales meetings and networking functions, and the ability to act as a licensed real estate agent on transactions. The AE will work directly for Leslie Gossett who will monitor their activities and mentor them through transactions.

The AE will receive no direct compensation from individual transactions but rather receive salary income directly from Gossett & Co. The AE will be completely dedicated in their time and attention to Gossett & Co and will have no outside business or clients.

NEW LAND/LOT ACQUISITION REPRESENTATION

KSIR will be retained as Gossett & Co’s exclusive representative when making any property acquisitions during the term of this agreement. KSIR will be entitled to retain all commissions offered by the Seller and/or Listing Agent of a selected property. In the event that a property Seller and/or Listing Agent is offering any commission lower than 3% of the contract price, Gossett will compensate KSIR an amount equal to a total effective commission rate of 3% of the contract price.

Upon closing of any land acquisition, Leslie Gossett and KSIR will donate 10% of the net commission proceeds to Exponencialistas.

NEW BUILD LISTING REPRESENTATION

KSIR will serve as Gossett & Co’s exclusive listing Agent for all new build construction in and around the Austin and San Antonio MSAs. Sales efforts will be led by Account Executive under the supervision of Leslie Gossett. KSIR will leverage its reputation within the brokerage community to promote Gossett & Co properties and to evangelize local top producing Agents to the Gossett & Co brand. Further, KSIR will use its in-house marketing team to design and deploy a comprehensive marketing and advertising plan to promote each Gossett & Co listing. The marketing and advertising budget to for each listing will be set to 1% of the estimated sales price of the property. KSIR will cover the cost of all marketing and advertising until the sale of the property is complete.

At the closing of each property, Gossett & Co will compensate KSIR 1% in the form of a commission to be paid out of closing proceeds. In the event that a formal agreement is terminated for any reason, Gossett & Co will reimburse KSIR for all marketing and advertising expended by KSIR on each Gossett and Co listing.

All client leads responding to advertising and marketing efforts created for Gossett & Co will be recorded in a CRM maintained by KSIR and will be considered contacts exclusively for Gossett & Co. Further, any prospects responding to Gossett & Co advertising will only be shown Gossett & Co properties unless expressly approved otherwise.
