Chapelwood United Methodist Women’s 49th annual Spring Thing Market will take place Wednesday, March 7th, from 9 AM - 5 PM and Thursday, March 8th, from 9 AM - 3 PM, at the church at 11140 Greenbay Drive, Houston. Preview Party will be held Tuesday, March 6th, 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM. On of the largest spring bazaars in the city, it features more than 90 unique vendors, which will provide an exceptional and diverse shopping experience. More than 300 volunteers organize this grand event and ensure that proceeds go to charities chosen by the United Methodist Women. This year, because of the generosity of Chapelwood members, 100% of the proceeds from Spring Thing will support the chosen local and global charities. It includes an expansive silent auction and this year several vacation trips and homes, decorative accessories, jewelry and unique theme baskets. Additionally this market will give shoppers the opportunity to donate directly to a particular charity. Admission to Spring Thing will be free, and entry to the Preview Party is a donation of $10.
