The owners, Ariel Kormendy and Adrian Trott, founded The Kormendy Trott Team to fill a void in the real estate industry where a high level of service at a competitive price was missing. They shook up the industry and quickly became a top-performing team in Canada and continue to grow today. For the same reasons, they saw an opportunity in the Property Management industry, and, because it complimented their real estate business, it just made sense.
