Aquatic Center Update!

We want to thank the hundreds of citizens who took the time to complete the Aquatics and Community Center Survey over the course of nearly two months! During that time, over 650 surveys were completed, and that information has been crunched, compiled, and given to the City Council as part of their decision-making process! You are invited to attend the second Community Open House for the new aquatic center and proposed programming space on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Economic Development Alliance Building at 315 S. Franklin St.! Come provide your input on the proposed site plan as well as what amenities YOU would like to see at your new aquatic center, from slides and swim lanes, to lockers and parking!

For more information, contact Parks and Recreation at 660.627.1485.
