UMBC EVENT CENTER AND ARENA, BALTIMORE, MD Steel fabrication and erection as well as design-assist for the event center and arena including four, 200-foot-long, clear span trusses; joist, decking and three access stairs with rails; and installation of precast seating for 5,000 people.
CARNEGIE MELLON UNIVERSITY TEPPER QUADRANGLE BUILDING, PITTSBURGH, PA Fabrication and installation of 486 tons of structural steel, including three main stairs and railings, curved stairs and atrium stairs with precast treads. This project’s design included a glass atrium supported by an AESS tri-chord truss and rolled roof beams as well as a diagrid structural framing system.
CHESTER COUNTY HOSPITAL, WEST CHESTER, PA Fabrication and erection of 2,100 tons of structural steel for the 7-story, 276,000-square-foot hospital expansion including modern operating rooms, emergency department rooms, laboratories and outpatient rooms.
BWI MARSHALL AIRPORT D/E CONNECTOR, BALTIMORE, MD Fabrication and erection of 500 tons of structural steel for the 70,000-square-foot addition to Concourse E and the renovation of approximately 20,000-square-feet within the existing space.

MERRIWEATHER CRESCENT BUILDING, COLUMBIA, MD
Structural steel manufacturing and erection, as well as miscellaneous metals for the new four-story, 134,000-square-foot science, engineering and technology building.
Fabrication and erection of 2,600 tons of structural steel for the 350,000-square-foot, 12-story mid-rise office building. The project required a two-crane, two-erection crew operation to meet the aggressive schedule.

COMMITMENT TO THE TRADE Our apprenticeship program was started in 2000 to teach essential ironworking skills and create opportunities for incoming workforces. Through classroom training at the Kinsley Education Center and guided fieldwork, our apprentices gain hands-on experience working on professional and community service projects.
