COMMITMENT TO THE TRADE Our apprenticeship program was started in 2000 to teach essential carpentry and millwright skills and create opportunities for the incoming workforces. Through classroom training at the Kinsley Education Center and guided fieldwork, our apprentices gain handson experience working on professional and community service projects.
