Since 1963, we’ve grown from a small concrete subcontractor to an industry leader in Building, Civil, and Industrial construction, along with being a certified construction materials supplier.

It’s not a benefit written on paper – it’s practiced every day we arrive on site. From weekly Toolbox Safety Talks and Quality Connection Newsletters, to our in-house training and development staff and both inperson and online learning courses, building better leaders and constantly improving in our craft is high priority.
COMMITMENT TO THE TRADE Our apprenticeship program was started in 2000 to teach essential construction skills and create opportunities for the incoming workforce. Through classroom training at the Kinsley Education Center and guided fieldwork, our apprentices gain hands-on experience working on professional and community service projects.
SAFE JOB SITES. NO EXCEPTIONS. Performing a job safely is just as important as meeting a deadline and providing a quality product. Everyone goes home at the end of the day – no exceptions. Our employees are empowered to stop construction activities until any safety corrections are made.
