CONCRETE Kinsley began as a subcontractor in the concrete trade in 1963. Since then, we’ve gained decades of experience delivering curbing, flatwork and miscellaneous concrete structures. With the ability to perform in-house concrete installation, we keep your project on time and in budget.
MILLING, PAVING AND STONE BASE Meeting the needs of road reconstruction, we provide quality milling, asphalt paving and stone base installation services. Supported by multiple grading and paving crews throughout the MidAtlantic region, we service private, municipal and state clients. Our self-performance capabilities, including the ability to mill two to seven feet wide and up to 14 inches deep, ensures work is delivered accurately and efficiently.

Site development of 60 acres for 36 large house lots, including installation of underground storm drain piping, five large stormwater management bio-retention ponds and roadway construction.

From weekly Toolbox Safety Talks to both inperson and online learning courses, building better leaders and constantly improving in our craft is a high priority.
COMMITMENT TO THE TRADE Our apprenticeship program was started in 2000 to teach essential construction skills and create opportunities for the incoming workforce. Through classroom training at the Kinsley Education Center and guided fieldwork, our apprentices gain hands-on experience working on professional and community service projects.
