BUILDING OUR OWN FUTURE We are only as strong as our people. That’s why we are committed to fostering professional growth and empowering employees to continue their education and training. It’s not a benefit written on paper – it’s practiced every day we arrive on site. From weekly Toolbox Safety Talks to both inperson and online learning courses, building better leaders and constantly improving in our craft is high priority.

COMMITMENT TO THE TRADE Our apprenticeship program was started in 2000 to teach essential highway and bridge construction skills and create opportunities for the incoming workforce. Through classroom training at the Kinsley Education Center and guided fieldwork, our apprentices gain handson experience working on professional and community service projects.
