Using Physical & Visual theatre styles to reimagine the narrative of Macbeth, our Seniors explore the dark voices that penetrate the characters of Macbeth and his Lady wife. Could these voices still do such damage in our own lives, and what would prevent us from succumbing to their malice and poison? Based on the condensed version of Shakespeare’s play by Nick Newlin, we are extremely grateful to have been able to work with Ella Becroft from Red Leap Theatre NZ, Helen Stephens fro Dead Puppet Society and Sam Foster from Shock Therapy Arts to realise our vision for this one-act play.
