LAKE SINCLAIR market update This has been a very exciting 2018! The Lake Sinclair real estate market continued to improved in 2018. TOTAL SALES VOLUME has increased 6% from 2017 (154,000,000 in 2017) (164,000,000 in 2018.) The number of single family home transactions actually decreased (769 in 2017) (725 in 2018). The price range of 200,000399,000 had the most activity with 245 transactions- most of these were LAKEFRONT homes. Itś important to note that average home values continued to edge up from $ 220,000 in 2017 to $ 245,000 in 2018. Other statistics worth noting were lot/land sales remained about the same with only 1% difference in volume. The gap in average in list price to sales price tightened in 2018 (4.4% in 2017) (3.6% in 2018). Jennifer Hardeman is a closing coordinator and works closely with Maddie. She became at Licensed Realtor at Lake Oconee in 1998 and has a vast knowledge of the great people of Lake Oconee from her experience in home and property sales, Verizon sales, and from her home decor and gift store business.
Beth is a highly driven and motivated individual with a 20+ year history of exceptional customer service and commitment to perfection in the Insurance industry. She is taking her career to a new level as a closing coordinator and is ready to share her knowledge and experience in real estate and help lead her team to success.

After our precious daughter was taken from us in 1999, we were unable to move forward with our lives, spending many days sitting on the dock and looking toward the area where she’d lost her life. One morning we saw a pair of swans swimming toward one another. When they met, their bodies formed a heart, over the exact location of the accident. Finally, we felt peace and a sense of purpose for her legacy. Her memory will always be honored through Brittney Cares.
