ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & 1st Anniversary
9th anniversary Carroll
McCarthy
In loving memory of Paddy O’Brien late of Pinewood Estate, Killarney who died on the 7th of January 2010. We thought of you with love today But that is nothing new. We thought about you yesterday And days before that too. We think of you in silence, We often speak your name, All we have are memories And your picture in a frame Your memory is our keepsake, With which we will never part. God has you in his keeping We have you in our hearts A million times we cried If only love could have saved you You never would have died It broke our hearts to lose you But you didn’t go alone For a part of us went with you The day God called you home. Love from Margaret, husband Jim and Amanda. Our hearts are full of memories, With pride we speak your name, Though life must go on without you, It will never be the same, Those special days will not return when we were all together, But the love and memories in our hearts, Will stay with us forever. Love from Sabrina, Thomas, Willie and Jim. Each of us in our own way, Have special thoughts of you today, Your name is often spoken, We talk about you still, You haven’t been forgotten, And by us you never will. Love from Belinda, Patrick, Jim and Charlotte.

In loving memory of Sean McCarthy, Glounacopple, Kilcummin, Killarney who died on the 10th January, 2015. On the first Anniversary of Sean’s death, Kathleen and family would like to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised and supported us in celebrating Sean’s life and helping us cope with his loss. A sincere and heartfelt thank you to everyone who called to the house, attended rosaries, removal, funeral Mass, sent flowers, Mass cards, donations to Palliative Care and letters of sympathy. We wish to acknowledge the sincere kindness and care shown to Sean by his doctors and care givers especially Dr. Donal Kavanagh, public health nurses and home helps, the staff and nurses in Kerry General and in particular the staff of the Aghadoe Ward, Dr Patricia Scanlan and the Palliative care team and Fr Spillane. We would like to thank our neighbours, friends, former work colleagues and all in Kilcummin GAA for their support through Sean’s illness and at the time of his funeral. To Fr Begley for celebrating the Mass and Denis, Teresa and John for the beautiful music. Thanks to O’Shea’s funeral directors for their professionalism and kindness. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Always loved and fondly remembered by his wife Kathleen and all his family. My Hero You held my hand When I was small You caught me when I fell You’re the hero of my childhood And my later years as well. And every time I think of you My heart still fills with pride Though I’ll always miss you Dad I know you’re by my side. In laughter and in sorrow In sunshine and through rain I know you’re watching over me Until we meet again.

It’s a place I love to go And know that you are there with me It’s all we have left now It will never bring you back Paddy But it’s a place our family and you will always share.

In loving memory of Con Carroll late of Kilbrean Beg Killarney who died on the 11th of January 2007. Lonely is the home without you, Life to us is not the same, All the world would be like heaven, If we could have you back again. A light is from our household gone, A voice we loved is still, A place is vacant in our home, That never can be filled. The happy hours we once enjoyed, How sweet their memory still, But death has left a vacant place, This world can never fill. How dearly we loved you, And prayed you might live, But Jesus just called, And we had to give. Our family chain is broken, Nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one The links shall join again. Sadly missed by your son Denis, Elaine, Anthony, Con and Amy.
Birthday wishes we send today, To a star in the sky, Not far away. Engraved in gold on a cloud above, Just for Dad with all my love. Love Hollie and Fionn xxx
