Letter from your Lt.Governor Hey Division 9W! I am so proud of what you have accomplished so far, and I look forward to serving with you all this next year. I hope to help you grow your clubs and recruit new members. My goal is to charter new clubs in addition to expanding our existing clubs. I not only want to increase our membership, but increase active participation of our members. I would really enjoy uniting our division and encouraging the clubs of our division to work together to better our schools and communities. I hope to build upon the legacy Lexi Durbin has established during her time as Lieutenant Governor. We have an amazing division filled with dedicated officers and members that will work to ensure our Key Clubs will succeed. Thank you all for your hard work, and your continuing service to our community. Yours in Service, Kailee Shockey

Divisional Council Meeting

On July 14th Division 9W will be hosting our first Divisional Council Meeting of the year. We will be meeting in a park. We will have a brief meeting to review news in our division and eat a picnic lunch. Staying true to our Key Club Motto, “Caring - Our Way of Life”, we will be giving back to our community by cleaning up the park. All the clubs in our division are invited to attend our upcoming Divisional Council Meeting. I would also like to extend an invitation to attend to our sponsoring College Station Kiwanis club is invited to join us at our DCM. I hope to use this event as an opportunity to allow the members of Division 9W to interact with each other, address news in our division, help club officers with any questions they have, and give back to our community. I will update everyone as we get more information.

Key Club Bonding!

Rudder Key Club has started the new Key Club year off strong with several socials and club meetings. These events have acted as opportunities for Key Clubbers to get to know one another and recruit new members by showing them the fun things we get to do with our amazing fellow Key Clubbers. On May 12th Rudder Key Club had a movie night social. As a club we attended the movies to see Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2. It was a fun evening in which RHS Key Club got to spend some time together before the end of school. On May 18th, Rudder Key Club had a social in which they went to dinner together to celebrate their last meeting of the school year.

Meet your District Staff Jiya Willis - District Governor Shelby Morton - District Secretary

Hello Fellow Key Clubbers. I am proud to have been elected as your District Secretary for the 2017-2018 year. I hope that each and everyone of you will feel comfortable reaching out and asking any questions you may have. Furthermore, I look forward to reading each clubs’ reports. Here is a little bit about myself. I am a major coffee addict; therefore, if you’re ever wondering where I am. I’m probably at a coffee shop. Also, I am in band and play the bass clarinet. Lastly, I am confident that this is going to be a great year!
