The sun is setting later, the temperatures are going up, and we are at the close of the second quarter of 2018! We are thrilled to report that residential listings are on the rise with hints of the market starting to return to a more normal rhythm. Our Property Management division is continuously growing with more units managed, including management of commercial properties. The Commercial division is also keeping busy with new clients and a record number of transactions. As a team, we enjoyed several events with our clients and with the commercial community. We are continuously grateful and humbled by the work and service that we get to offer to the Tri-Cities, and are ready to continue that through the rest of 2018!
