El edificio horizontal, rodeado de zonas verdes, acogerá el hospital deportivo Quirón. Y para completar esa intención de multifuncionalidad, la zona comercial y todo el entorno ofrecerán un espacio dinámico y ecléctico. Este gran y esbelto monumento al conocimiento cumple con las bases del tipo de arquitectura que defiende Mark y su compañero Javier. “es una arquitectura que humaniza el entorno, porque los proyectos tienen que estar pensados para el lugar en el que están y para las personas”, afirmaba Mark. Con la idea de “crear ciudad” y atendiendo a los requisitos de sostenibilidad con los últimos avances tecnológicos, Mark y todo su equipo harán realidad la creación no sólo del monumental edificio, sino de calles, plazas y zonas verdes que fomentarán la integración urbana y social de la zona norte del Paseo de la Castellana. Ya desde el principio nos lo decía Mark, la clave está en trabajar, sorprender y no perder la pasión. Una vehemente entrega profesional que no decae y les viene siendo reconocida a nivel mundial. Sirva de ejemplo estas palabras de Mark: “cuando te dan un premio es algo muy especial, porque no lo esperas y cuando es un reconocimiento de alguien de tu profesión es como decirte gracias por haberlo hecho”.

The horizontal building, surrounded by green spaces, will hold the Quiron sports hospital. To complete its multi-functionality, the commercial area and all its surroundings will offer a dynamic and eclectic space. This great, svelte monument, dedicated to knowledge, complies with the bases of this type of architecture that are defended by Mark and his colleague Javier. “It is architecture that humanises the surroundings because the projects have to be envisaged for the place where they are and for people,” asserts Mark. The idea of “creating a city” and meeting the requirements of sustainability with the latest technological advances, Mark and all of his team will make the creation a reality by not just erecting a monumental building but also streets, squares and green spaces that will develop the urban and social integration of the northern Paseo de la Castellana area. From the beginning Mark has said that the key is working, surprising and not losing the passion. It is an intense professional commitment that has not waned and has been recognised worldwide. These words from Mark serve as an example: “when they award you a prize it is something very special because you do not expect it and when it is recognition from someone in your profession it is a way of saying thank you for what you have done”.
