FAMILYEDUCATION&SUPPORT
Servicesaimtoconnectfamilies,buildsupportnetworks,andenhancesocial involvement.Theseprogramshelpsupportchildrenandfamiliesthroughrelationship andskillbuilding,whicharefoundationsofprotectivefactorsthatcontributetothriving families.Ourservicesaredeliveredincommunitysettingsandincludeparenting classes,relationship-buildinggroups,after-schoolprogramming,therapeuticgroups, andsummerliteracycamps.

ServicesaredeliveredbyskilledSuccessCoachestoyouthreunitingwithfamiliesafter anout-of-homeplacement.Supportsincludecustomizedcase-managementservices forfamiliestoproblem-solve,improverelationships,advocateforresources,andbuild resiliencytokeepfamiliestogetherandstrong.

LandmarksforFamiliesoffersthree(3)signatureannualfundraisingeventsthatdirectly supportthechildrenandfamiliesweserveinBerkeley,Charleston,andDorchester counties.Wealsohostanannualeducationaleventtopresentnationalbestpractices andemergingtrendsinchildandfamilywell-being.Thehopeistoinspireour communityandpartnerstocreatemeaningfuloutcomesforgenerationstocome.
