Tasting Italy Tour 6 Days/5Nights DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN FLORENCE Arrival transfer from the Florence airport or railway station to Figline Valdarno. Check and get settled. Dinner tonight, to enjoy the culinary delights of the tradtional Tuscan Villa. DAY 2: FLORENCE After breakfast departure for Florence and start with a walking guided tour of the Cradle if Renaissance then we head to the Academy Gallery to view the breath-taking statue of David. In the afternoon free time for optional sightseeing or shopping to discover the beauties of the city. Stroll down cobblestone lanes, through majestic squares and across ancient bridges. Florence offers the largest number of historical buildings and works of art in Italy. Late in the afternoon back to the Villa and overnight DAY 3: MODENA After breakfast at the Villa we enjoy a Full Day Excursion to Modena where we will get the chance to visit a Parmesan Cheese producer with tasting, a Prosciutto producer with tasting and a Balsamic Vinegar producer with tasting. We will enjoy a visit to the Ferrari museum in nearby Maranello and top it off with a 6-course gourmet lunch including wine.

Overnight at the Villa. DAY 4: SIENA AND SAN GIMIGNANO This morning depart for Siena to enjoy a half-day guided tour of this unique city with its well preserved medieval style. We will be immersed in the red of the Piazza del Campo - with alchemy geometry of the Piazza, suggestively neo-Gothic and cathartic commanded by the Duomo and surrounded by narrow streets and alleys. We continue to San Gimignano, with its towered silhouette rising from the hills of the Upper Elsa Valley, facing the land of Volterra. Visit and wine tasting at a local farm! Late return to the Villa, free time for dinner and overnight. DAY 5: FREE DAY AND COOKING CLASS The morning is free to discover the lovely village of Figline Valdarno or you can decide to visit the health centre of the Villa, rent bikes, go horseback riding,visit the cellar and the museum of the Villa. In the afternoon we partake in a cooking class with Mamma Paola, to prepare typical Tuscan dishes, and other Italian specialties, sweets and Tuscan cakes; followed by dinner with drinks. Apulia Italy Tour 8 Days/7 Nights DAY 1: BARI – BRINDISI – OSTUNI Arrival in Bari/Brindisi airport and transfer to the hotel. DAY 2: CASTEL DEL MONTE – TRANI Today we will visit the world famous Castel del Monte, built by Federico II as a hunting house. Continue to Trani and visit the Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, also known “the Queen of the Cathedral” located by the sea. Lunch will be at a local seafood where we will taste the Trani wine. DAY 3: COOKING CLASS AND VISIT OF OSTUNI Today we enjoy a cooking class at the Masseria. The orecchiette pasta as a shape of a ear and is typical from Apulia. In the afternoon, we will drive to Ostuni, also known as the “white city of Apuglia”. DAY 4: GROTTOS OF CASTELLANA AND ALBEROBELLO This morning we will visit the Castellana grottos, one of the most important tourist attraction of Puglia. Tonight we will savor a delicious dinner in a Trullo and taste local delicacies like homemade pasta and seafood. DAY 5: MATERA – TARANTO and CISTERNINO This morning we will visit Matera

with its famous “sassi” (stones). This area since 1952 is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The lunch will take place in a local restaurant. We will proceed to Taranto, the city between two seas, and Cisternino for a visit to an olive oil mill where you will enjoy a tasting. DAY 6: LECCE and OTRANTO Lecce is if known as the pearl of the Barocco style. The magnificent palaces, churches and the ancient amphitheater make this city unique. We will continue with a tour of the wine area of the Salice Salentino and visit its oldest cellar. Following this visit, we will proceed to Otranto. This town is located by the sea in the most ea- stern part of Italy. DAY 7: POLIGNANO A MARE and BARI Time at leisure to stroll among the streets of the old town of Polignano a Mare. This picturesque village is famous for its grottos and its breathtaking position on the cliff and overlooking the sea. We will proceed to Bari, the capital of the Apulia region. The major sights are the Basilica of San Nicola, the Cathedral and the Castle of Ruggero II. On the way back to the hotel, we will stop at a the famous restaurant “Olive”, near the Masseria Torre Maizza for a tasting of some local delicacies. DAY 8: BARI – BRINDISI Following breakfast, we will be transferred to the airport.

DAY 6 MARANELLO Today we drive towards Florence and stop along the way in Maranello to enjoy a visit in the most known car “Ferrari”. We will visit its’ museum and eat lunch at Ferrari’s restaurant “Il Cavallino”. In the afternoon enjoy the Aceto Balsamico Tour.

DAY 3 FERRARA / BOLOGNA Transfer to Ferrara (2 hours). With your private guide you will enjoy a classical tour of the old town including the imposing Castello Estense, the interior of the majestic Romanesque cathedral, the Jewish ghetto and the streets of the Medieval and Renaissance historical city center. Sicily Italy Tour 9 Days/8 Nights DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN PALERMO Welcome to sunny Italy! Morning arrival at Palermo Airport. Upon arrival, our assistant will warmly greet us and transfer to our hotel. This afternoon enjoy an orientation sightseeing tour of the city with the assistant, including the highlights of the Sicilian town. Welcome dinner at a local restaurant and overnight DAY 2: PALERMO/ MONREALE This morning meet the guide and enjoy a walking guided tour of Palermo. After a short walk from Teatro Massimo, we will enter the heart of the historic market, where history, tradition and street food mix with the voices and faces of the people of Palermo. DAY 3: ERICE/ MARSALA / TRAPANI In the morning, we will drive to the town of Erice, which is perched on a hill above Trapani in northeastern Sicily. After arriving in Erice, your guide will show us the old town. Then onto Marsala and Trapani where we will get a chance to visit a wine cellar for a wine tasting. DAY 4: PALERMO / AGRIGENTO In the morning we will leave for Agrigento to visit with the step on guide the magnificent Valley of the Temples. DAY 5: AGRIGENTO / PIAZZA ARMERINA / TAORMINA Today our journey across the island continues towards Taormina. Stop in Piazza

DAY 4: VERCELLI Vercelli is set amidst a countryside of mainly rice-fields. DAY 5: MILAN Today you will travel to the rail station and board the train to Milan. An Englishspeaking guide will take you on a full-day tour in
