is being controlled, and it went from 71mmol to 63mmol, and my insulin dropped from 40 to 16 units. A few months before the challenge, my consultant suggested I move on to a statin, but I didn’t want to. I was excited about what Jason said on this issue and decided to give the blends a go. My consultant wasn’t convinced, but I am doing so well I am still not on that statin. I will continue to incorporate juices and blends into my diet and have learned the strategies to live a healthier and lighter life.”
