Java Mountain News is an entertainment newspaper in Kamloops, which is published on Thursdays and is distributed throughout the community (on both the North and South Shores) to cafés, coffee shops, medical offices and virtually any place that has a waiting area for its clients. Circulation has tripled since the first publication hit the streets in June 2005. We have a very loyal readership base, which is made up of people from all walks of life and all age groups.
We cover hard news, sports, including Kamloops Blazers and Kamloops Storm hockey, Kamloops Broncos football, gymnastics, soccer and baseball, and entertainment, from high school drama club presentations to the Nakusp, Pemberton, Sturgis North, Rockin’ River and Merritt Mountain Music Festivals.
