Rental Rates

HOSTESS FEE

Allnon-members,includingnon-profits,willberequiredtopayan additional$15/hourduringnon-businesshourstocoverthecostofan onsiteJLCrepresentativeduringtheevent.

ALCOHOL FEES AND RULES

There is a 10% surcharge on building rental rates if alcohol (beer/wine) is served. A Certificate of Insurance is required. Fortified wine and spirits are not allowed on the premises.

VENDORS

Allvendorsthatwillbeon-site(caterers,bartenders,DJs)mustsubmitaCertificateof InsurancetotheJLCpriortotheevent.Pleasecontactourofficeifyouwouldlikea listoflocalcaterersandvendorsforyoureventat Events@jlcharlotte.org.

RESERVATIONS

Asignedcontract,aCertificateofInsuranceandpaymentof50%oftheleaserateare requiredtosecurethebooking.Theremaining50%ofthepaymentisdue14dayspriorto theevent.

Thelicenseemayterminatetherentalagreementwithwrittennotice. Thefollowingfeesapply.

Parking

Thebuildinghasfreeparkingatthebuildinganduseoftheparking lotatFreedomParktenniscourts(adjacenttoourproperty).Please notethatourparkinglotisnotexclusivetotheJLCandisfrequently usedbyparkvisitors.
