Thereisa10%surchargeonbuildingrentalratesifalcoholisserved.Iftheserviceincludes fortified wine or spirits, then a special event license from the State of North Carolina is required.ACertificateofInsuranceisrequired.

RESERVATIONS
Asignedcontract,aCertificateofInsuranceandpaymentof50%oftheleaserateare requiredtosecurethebooking.Theremaining50%ofthepaymentisdue14dayspriorto theevent.
