The 4th Grade Quilt is always a unique work of art, and this year's quilt is no exception. Under the design direction of Dock art teacher Mrs. Kim Bergey, each 4th grade student created a quilt square using the Japanese tie-dye technique of shibori. The squares were lovingly quilted together by a team of expert quilters, led by 4th grade grandparent Ruthanne Nyce, with assistance from Mrs. Bergey's in-laws, Will and Glenda Bergey. The quilt turned out beautifully, and we are so grateful to everyone who had a part in its creation. We hope you will honor the creativity and hard work of our students and volunteers by bidding generously on the 4th Grade Quilt on May 17 during the grand finale of our 2021 Virtual Auction!
