HENDRY The Golden Rule says to “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” and it is by this age-old wisdom that Jennifer Hendry of CrossView Realty and CrossView Property Management runs her businesses.

Jennifer’s journey into real estate happened almost accidentally. She was born in Jacksonville but spent most of her formative years in Tallahassee. It was her attendance at the University of North Florida that led her back to the Jacksonville area, where she graduated with a degree in Investment Finance in December of 2006. As luck would have it, while attending school, she landed an internship with Pulte Homes that would change the trajectory of her career plans forever.

CROSSVIEW REALTY And that’s exactly what she did. Once Jennifer got her college diploma, Pulte offered her a full-time job and paid for her to get her real estate license, which she earned within two months of her college graduation. From there, she spent the next several years working for Pulte as a site agent for new construction, and then she transitioned to the marketing department. She wasn’t finished growing yet, however. By this point in her life, Jennifer had been married to her husband Scott for six years and had started a family with a daughter named Taylor and a son named realproducersmag.com
