By James Thomas Sr. A mass mailer sent out by Carson City Clerk Jim Dear implying Carson would lose the proposed NFL stadium if he was recalled was filled with untrue statements according to the Carson City Attorney at the recent city council meeting. Carson resident Ramona Pimentel stated during oral comments that she received the mailer and mailed a letter to City Hall seeking to verify the validity of the statements, “I am here tonight to get answers to the statements made on this mailer” Ramona said (see mailer on pg 11)
