


Digital Districts is an italian company whose goal is to build and manage immersive digital ecosystems to enable private and public entities to tell their stories in an immersive, engaging and interactive way.
Our mission is to put in the hands of public institutions and private companies a tool through which they can tell who they are, what they do, but most importantly what opportunities they offer to their potential customers.
The platform we provide solves language and cross-culture problems, ensuring worldwide reach, and is easily accessible through smartphones, tablets, computers and immersive reality viewers.
We believe that what drives consumer choices is the opportunity to make different experiences, whether cultural (travel, museums), culinary (restaurants), wellness (hotels, spas, sports and leisure). Our system enhances this concept and enables our client to be able to guide their users’ choices through three steps:
1. anticipation of the experience: in order to have an experience, people need to know that this possibility exists and then have information necessary to push them to want to do it;
2. active support of the experience as it is being lived: the same ecosystem support the user who has decided to live a certain experience through non-invasive but punctual information;
3. remembering the experience: the “digital memories” represent on the one hand a huge source of potential income for the territory and on the other hand normalize and regulate the consumption of the cultural heritage of a company or an area.
We developed a platform which mixes 3DVista, Matterport and Seekbeak, creating a digital enviromet fully customizable which allows:
- different levels of informations given (for private companies: contents dedicated to end users, key accounts, agents and distributors, press...); - inifinite copies of the same enviroment to give out different informations or to reach different targets; - multilanguages menu with cross-culture options; - easy way to access and modify informations and contents.
The digital ecosystem is a digital container created by mapping an area with drones and/or floor cameras, in which we can place different multimedia contents and reach diffenet target audience through different approaches.
This container can be duplicated indefinitely, which makes it possible to create a communication tool disengaged from the concept of time, which can become the digital historical memory of everything that takes place in a territory (events, activities,...), in a location (installations, temporary exhibitions,...) and in a company (production processes, products, ...).
The digital twin is a perfect copy of a phisical place: created with a lidar system, it becomes a virtual place in which to invite users and customers to live different kind of experiences as if they were there. A customizable menu in 50 different languages can help the navigation from home, but once the user is in the phisical place can use the digital twins through and app in his smartphone to live a unique A/R esperience (guided tours, commercial info optimized in time and place and many more).
Virtual Staging: Digital content added to a physical space.
The digitalization of a territory, a city or a smaller area gives the option to know it from all over the world through a webiste: all the info can be placed in a multilanguage menu, including video, texts, pictures and all the «stories» told by tour guides.
Our virtual tours can also be used on-site as an interactive augmented reality (AR) experience. Whether for facility management, as an AR guide for museums, Industry 4.0, or to create an augmented reality virtual game.

The digital twin of an exhibition space can be duplicated several times to create with virtual staging ever new installations that remain over time to form a digital archive. 3D models can also be included.
Our digital twins have been developed with the purpous of being used from remote, but ALSO live: this news changes completely the concept and the usability itself of a digital twin, which is not only be able to anticipate the experiece one can do in one place, but can enhance the experience to do live.
