Confidential counsellor The concept of ‘undesired behaviour’ is interpreted broadly. In addition to sexual intimidation and discrimination, all forms of verbal, physical and psychological aggression are considered to be undesired behaviour. Social exclusion, being ignored, bullying and stalking are also part of this. The confidential counsellor is available to you in the event of questions, problems or doubts about undesired behaviour or integrity.

Even though we hope that this will never happen to you, you still may encounter undesired behaviour at work, such as aggression, sexual intimidation, bullying or discrimination. make recommendations about de-escalation possibilities; inform you about the rules, procedures and agreements; provide support if you wish to submit a complaint; develop preventive activities to avoid undesired behaviour.
