Why does ISS exist? And what gets us out of bed each day to go work for ISS? Our goal is: ‘Connecting people and places to make the world work better’. In other words: we give people the opportunity to connect with each other and to feel connected with each other, with the locations and their workplaces, enabling them and their surroundings to work better.

At ISS, we work each day on the best workplace experiences – for our customers’ employees and guests. From the point of view of our customers’ visitors, our goal at customers is focused on having them achieve their organisational goals.

Making ISS ‘stronger, simpler and closer’

With the OneISS strategy, we are even more focused on encouraging, implementing and substantiating our worldwide promises and strong points. We do this by being ‘stronger, simpler and closer’.

Stronger

We will become the most respected leader in integrated facilities services, reinforcing our worldwide position as number one in cleaning. For this, we invest in perfect execution, efficiency and technology in order to deliver better services and products aligned with customers’ needs.

Simpler

We are improving our key account strategy in which everyone profits from the better services that we provide our customers. Our commercial focus is sharper, and with a new approach we’re encouraging better quality, greater efficiency and stronger compliance with our services.

Closer

We are bringing our country teams closer to the customers, while acting worldwide as a single team. With this, we reward the right behaviour and leadership by aligning our commitment with the execution of the OneISS strategy.

ICT, data, technology

With these three principles as a foundation, we want to become the market leader in the areas of Integrated Facility Management and Workplace Management. A new way of

working and investments in ICT, data and technology help us optimise our services for our customers.

People work

Providing service is a human activity and will always be so. Passion for our profession is our foundation. We are in touch each day with our customers, who experience our passion from our behaviour and our neat, professional appearance. Our care and attention unburden our clients, allowing them to concentrate fully on their core business. Our employees, so you too, provide the foundation for ISS. For ISS Facility Services, 20 January 2022 is a day to remember! That was the first day in its existence that ISS was named a ‘Netherlands’ Top Employer’. The certificate demonstrates that ISS’ HR policy is valued both within and outside the organisation.
