A Milestone for the Grade 5 Students: The PYP Exhibition
Grade 5 students between 26-27 May presented their exhibition project, the main theme of which was the UN's Global Sustainability Goals and within that, they could choose any theme of their preference. This year, they picked the following topics: the importance of bees, paper recycling, saving trees, water purification, saving red pandas, pet welfare, plastic in the oceans, solar panels, and solar energy. The students worked on their projects for 8 weeks and their hard work paid off. Starting with their musical journey the fifth graders gave an excellent performance even though everybody was a little intimidated by the audience, but with amazing bravery they let their stage presence fill the auditorium while performing the infamous Pink song, Cover me in sunshine.
