Our End-Of-Summer White Out Pool Party was a blast and garnered attention all over the city. Thank you to everyone who came and brought guests. We always welcome your feedback and event suggestions for future activities.
This month, we are thrilled to introduce an Open Mic Night along with pumpkin carving in the plaza. Anybody can sign up, so send us a message if you’re interested in entertaining a crowd.
You’ll also see tons of amazing events from our hospitality partners at Truss, Edda, Pioneer and jaja including a jazz brunch, wine tasting, live music, football tailgates and watch parties! More details and links are on the following pages.
Thanks to a thoughtful INTRO resident, Victoria, we are pleased to partner with Case Wastern Health Clinic and First Year Cleveland on their month-long diaper and car seat drive. First Year Cleveland is a community collective that believes everyone has a role to play in ensuring that every baby born in Greater Cleveland will celebrate a first birthday. FYC is building a community movement identifying causes and developing sustainable, community-driven solutions to reduce infant deaths and improve maternal-infant health. The drop off location is on LL2. More details about this important cause are on page 5!
Finally, we are working on making improvements within our maintenance department including hiring and training more staff to improve on responsiveness and keep up our high standards. Stay tuned for an announcement in the coming weeks and thank you for your patience if you’ve experienced any delays on your requests. We look forward to ensuring you are comfortable, safe and happy while living here.

Thank you, residents, for a wonderful pool season and a great attendance to our end-of-the-year White Out Party! It was so wonderful to see everyone have such a good time. We are soon ready to welcome Fall! We are planning to keep the pool open all of September and close it the first weekend of October Date TBD, and weather-depending.
The jacuzzi will remain open after the pool is closed for the season. We will monitor as a team to see how this goes, as it was not open during last Fall/Winter Season.

What to expect: The alarms will sound sporadically throughout the day during this time This is a requirement for us to complete on a regular basis for the state. Certain tests are quarterly (sprinklers), annually or semi-annually.
During this inspection, we will be required to enter all apartments, to ensure everything fire-safety related is working properly.
During this time, since a Team Member from INTRO will be present, we will also be replacing your air filter Ear plugs will be available at the front desk during this time as it can be noisy, but we encourage that if you work from home to make alternative arrangements Please look out for more information to come!
We have a quarterly window washing coming up next Tuesday to last all week This is for store fronts and the first/part of second floor only - but for everyone’s awareness.
Our Semi-Annual Window-Washing is when we will complete the entire exterior of the building and this will take place in the first and second week of October where a lift will be on site

Enjoying summer in Cleveland has been amazing, a highlight has been the lake but also the metro parks, these are a seriously undersold benefit of Cleveland! If you haven’t checked them out - highly recommend it!
We are loving the proximity for travel - to fly anywhere from Sydney it’s at least a 9-24 hour flight We recently enjoyed NYC the first time not being jet lagged.
