Welcome to the last bit of summer! We hope it’s been a fantastic season for each of you. A big shout out to each of our residents who took part in our INTRO staff challenge last month. There were some really great photos shared on the INTRO App. Please feel free to continue sharing photos on the app, we love supporting our INTRO community!
September brings the start of football season! Hop on over to Pioneer for the Home Opener Watch Party on September 8th for special game day food and drinks. On September 15th, join us at Noon in the Rec Room for a Chili Cook off during the Browns vs Jaguars game. Bring your favorite chili to share or come ready to sample what we’re sure will be some delicious offerings. End the night with a End of the summer mixer on our pool deck with Bartleby and The Strongroom We will continue our classes with Tremont Athletic Club to keep you all in tip- top shape. However, we will offer Body sculpt yoga classes this month and continue them in October and bring back the Body bootcamp classes as well
We encourage you to continue enjoying the pool for as long as we can keep it open, weather permitting As a reminder, for the safety of our community, pool deck rules MUST be adhered to.
Be sure to check out Notes & News on page 23 for important notices Most noteworthy is the change to our Rustbelt Rider’s program. Composting will no longer be available onsite; however, you can continue to use the program utilizing the Ohio City Phoenix location Make sure to check out the website for more information on how you can continue (or start!) a composting program.
A big thank you to all who participated in our August events and we look forward to seeing even more of you during September. We’ve got some fun things lined up! In addition to our usual favorites, join us for Karaoke, Soap & Candle Making, and multiple Mixers! We hope to see you there!

REQUEST MUST BE SENT 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY IS STRICTLY 2 GUESTS PER RESIDENT ONLY.
RESIDENTS MUST ACCOMPANY GUESTS AT ALL TIMES. WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS ALLOWED ON THE POOL DECK. UP TO A $1,000 FINE MAY BE ASSESSED & POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE SEASON !!!

We just moved here from downtown and have absolutely loved living at INTRO so far!
For work, Will works in equity research at Cleveland Research Company and Nicole does marketing for Cleveland Kitchen (best pickles ever).
We recently got married in Barcelona and have two dogs Toby & Lola.
In our free time we love to travel, cook, and host dinner parties. (You might even see Will DJ on the rooftop on occasion!)
