As December settles over Cleveland and winter’s crisp magic begins to glow, we want to take a moment to reflect with gratitude and warmth. You our residents are truly the heart of INTRO. Your energy, engagement, and community spirit are the reason our spaces feel like home, and we are deeply thankful for each of you.

We are equally grateful for our dedicated partners, whose collaboration has helped make this past year remarkable Together, we’ve built experiences that continue to elevate life at INTRO, and we’re excited to bring even bigger and better things to our community in 2026! This holiday season, we warmly invite you to join us for the annual Kandy Kane Ball on December 19th at TRUSS

I wanted to share that I am no longer with INTRO Cleveland. Over the past four years, it has been an absolute privilege to be part of this community and witness it grow into the vibrant, welcoming place it is today.
