Bonfires, sweaters, crunchy leaves, pumpkin spiced everything…October marks the start of Fall and we are here for it all! We want to share a big “Thank You!” to everyone who joined us for our fantastic September events. Just wait till you see what we have in store for October! We might just be the most excited for the Doggy Costume Contest coming up on October 25th. If you don’t have a furry friend for the contest, come on down to the library anyway to experience - what will surely be - cuteness overload!

With Summer coming to a close and Fall/Winter approaching, we’ve got lots of important information to share with you Key highlights include the closure of the Pool Deck starting on October 13th. Make the most out of the next few weeks! Spoiler alert – the pool deck will be undergoing some renovations, and we are excited to share a whole new look with you in Spring/Summer of 2025!
Also, mark your calendars for October 7th – October 11th INTRO’s maintenance team will be accessing each unit for our annual filter changes and smoke detector testing. Access will occur during the hours of 10am – 3pm and we kindly ask that you prepare for maintenance to access each of those items in your unit. Contact us if you have any questions!

Mazen MANSOUR
My Name is Mazen Mansour.
I am originally from the best part of the middle East, Lebanon and I am sure you all like the Lebanese cuisine!!
I am a Urologist and just moved this summer from Manhattan to continue my female urology fellowship training at the Cleveland Clinic. Surprisingly Cleveland has been great!
Just by moving to INTRO this summer I was able to make a lot of friends and connect with great people.
If I am not operating or in the hospital you can find me barbecuing on the pool deck, cooking, or at the gym. I am happy to share and learn new food!

Pet of the Month
Meet Goose, the 5-month-old black Labrador Retriever with a personality as big as his paws.
Born in Boston, he’s a big Patriots fan though has quickly taken a bigger interest in Cleveland Sports.
When he’s not at home eating treats and watching his favorite movie, Top Gun, he’s out in the dog park hanging out with his best new pals.
His hobbies include stealing socks, eating anything he can get his paws on, digging for imaginary treasure, and chasing leaves in the wind.
Goose is extra excited for his first Halloween this year so don’t get too spooked when you see him wandering the halls in his ghost costume!

POOL CLOSURE DATE: OCTOBER 13TH
The pool deck (pool and hot tub included) will be closing October 13th to give us time to work on our pool deck renovation! Stay tuned for a whole new look for the Spring/Summer season of 2025!
SNOW STORAGE
PARKING
As of November 1st, Residents will not be permitted to park in the ‘Future Resident’ parking spaces located in front of the dog park that have the “SNOW STORAGE” signs posted. Violators will be towed.
MAINTENANCE WORKORDERS
When you are submitting a maintenance work order, PLEASE include as much information and details as possible. This will ensure that our team is prepared and can address the issue in a timely manner.

Thanksgiving Food Drive: Canned items, non-perishable items, etc. You can find a list of items to donate as well as the donation box on Level 1N.
Clothing Drive: Please donate Coats, Hats, and Gloves (winter items) for children and adults in need to prepare for the winter season.
