hello resident,
November is a month that reminds us to be grateful for so many things. First, we want to express our gratitude for each of you, our wonderful residents! Individually and collectively, you each are a valued part of this INTRO community! We are so thankful to have so many of you join us for our monthly events, thankful for those that stop by and say “Hi!,” and thankful for those that share talents with their INTRO neighbors. Make sure to check out Notes & News this month as we spotlight many of the talents showcased during our October events. You all are amazing!
We hope that you can join us on Wednesday, November 27th as we gather together as a community to celebrate Thanksgiving dinner. Looking ahead to the holiday season, we’re also excited about the ornament making class on November 12th. Be sure to check these out in addition to many of our typical monthly events!
Thank you to all that have so generously donated food and clothing items for our donation drives. If you haven’t had a chance to donate yet, both the clothing drive and food drive continue through November 15th.
As a special note of gratitude - we want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your understanding, concern, patience, and cooperation as we face the circumstances of the recent automobile accident. Our hearts go out to the staff at JaJa and Pioneer who are directly affected by the temporary closure of the restaurants. Thank you for all the kind thoughts and well wishes that have been expressed.
We are so lucky to have each of you as a part of our INTRO family!

Nadia&Diana
Hi, we’re Nadia and Diana! We’re Cleveland natives and moved into the building a few months ago.
Nadia is currently a medical student at Case Western Reserve University, taking a research year at the Cleveland Clinic. In her free time, she loves playing tennis and teaching yoga keep an eye out for her classes at Yoga Strong downtown soon!
Diana, who recently graduated from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), just started dental school at Case Western Reserve University. When she’s not in school, you can also find Diana on the tennis court or hitting up the Pilates studio.
We’ve loved living here at INTRO Cleveland so far everyone has been so friendly, and we’re excited to meet more of our neighbors. Don’t hesitate to say hello!
Pet of the Month
Charlie
Charlie is an 8-month-old Bernese Mountain Dog and Poodle Mix!
He was born in Indiana, picked up from his parents Joey and Maddie, then brought back to Cleveland. He has spent every day while being a puppy at INTRO Cleveland where he loves making friends and enjoys the dog park! He says hello and gives kisses for treats. You may see him wondering around with his parents or at a local patio so feel free to say “Hello”. He also has an Instagram – Check him out @thepatiopuppy!
Charlie was also in the top 3 winners for the Dog Costume contest where he dressed up as CHUCKY!!!

SNOW STORAGE PARKING
As of November 1st, Residents will not be permitted to park in the ‘Future Resident’ parking spaces located in front of the dog park that have the “SNOW STORAGE” signs posted. Violators will be towed.
MAINTENANCE WORKORDERS
When you are submitting a maintenance work order, PLEASE include as much information and details as possible. This will ensure that our team is prepared and can address the issue in a timely manner.
GUESTSUITE
Our guest suite is closed, and no new reservations will be allowed nor accepted for the remainder of 2024
SAFETY
For your safety and the safety of your fellow residents, do not allow anyone to enter the building behind you if you do not recognize them as a resident.

Between the dates of October 4th - November 15th INTRO will be hosting a Food and Clothing drive.
Thanksgiving Food Drive: Canned items, non-perishable items, etc. You can find a list of items to donate as well as the donation box on Level 1N.
Clothing Drive: Please donate Coats, Hats, and Gloves (winter items) for children and adults in need to prepare for the winter season.
All resident referrals will receive a rent credit of:
