We’re excited to announce that INTRO’s zero-edge infinity pool opens on Wednesday, May 8th To all our sunbathers, please review the pool deck rules on page 8 and enjoy an amazing pool season!

On the topic of rules, this is a gentle reminder that residents and guests must wear proper gym attire in our fitness center. In other words, shirts and shoes are required, so please don’t be “that” guy (or gal). ;)

Summer bodies, here we come! Join us for weekly Bodyweight Warrior classes on the fitness terrace in partnership with Tremont Athletic Club hosted on Monday evenings at 6:15pm.

• 2 GUESTS PER RESIDENT (LEASE HOLDER) UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL BY MANAGEMENT REQUEST MUST BE SENT 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY IS STRICTLY 2 GUESTS PER RESIDENT ONLY

• RESIDENTS MUST ACCOMPANY GUESTS AT ALL TIMES

• WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

• ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS ALLOWED UP TO A $1,000 FINE MAY BE ASSESSED

• ABSOLUTELY NO FLOATATION DEVICES UNLESS IT IS SAFETY RELATED

MEET DYLAN CUELLAR

My name Dylan Cuellar. I am an analyst currently working at the Cleveland Clinic in the Buildings and Development department. I recently moved to Cleveland because of the job from my hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico, where I was always out birdwatching or eating green chile. Despite my career path, I’m passionate about the arts; I’m a film nerd, a cellist, and host of a book podcast. I’m currently separated from my dog but love living with my wife’s two wonderful cats. If you see me around the building, I’d love to say hi to your dog.

Hello, Intro Family!

My name is Braxton and I am a 6 year old goldendoodle (probably the biggest one you've ever seen). I've lived downtown for 3 years and some of my favorite things include playing with my ball, going on long walks and checking out new fun patio spots. You can catch me hanging around my mom, Ireland and give me a follow on TikTok @thatdoodbraxton.
