Drop off Monday through Thursday by 8am, receive it next day. Drop off Friday by 8am, receive it on Monday
DROP BOX and LOCKERS located in the parking garage by main elevators. When your garments are delivered back to the lockers, you will receive a text message with the locker number and lock code
I've always been an eco-conscious consumer, but as an apartment dweller most of my adult life, composting at home often felt like too complicated of a process to undertake. Then I moved to San Francisco, where composting is the law and every dwelling has a trash, recycling, and composting bin for weekly pickup. After six years there, I was hooked! Now, separating trash from food scraps that rot and stink is a very practical act that comes second nature. And coupled with recycling, composting drastically reduces the amount of waste that I produce, which is a great feeling. Since moving to Cleveland, I've used RBR for residential pickup, drop-off, and now, service at Intro. We are very spoiled to have such a convenient and inexpensive composting option here at Intro, along with the fantastic inclusion of a utility tub for washing out your compost receptacle!

Growing up as one of four children in Youngstown, Ohio, I saw firsthand that nothing was given and things in life had to be earned through hard work and dedication I operated senior living communities for 17 years and transitioned in 2021 to the role of operations and sales manager at Dedicated Senior Medical Center, a primary care physician practice that provides VIP care to thousands of underserved seniors at three locations in Cleveland
Prior to living in Ohio City, Lakewood was my home since 2010, and I love the Westside! I've learned that I am responsible for my own happiness and that maintaining a positive mindset requires a daily choice In the past 12 months, I have traveled to Florida twice, enjoyed several regional weekend getaways, visited Turks and Caicos, Colorado, the US Virgin Islands, and most recently, skied in Italy, and enjoyed Porto and Lisbon in Portugal! I enjoy an active lifestyle through running, yoga, golf, skiing, and everything summer, including concerts and festivals
I also love gardening and grow corn, tomatoes, sunflowers, and many other things in planter boxes on my terrace You have most likely seen me with my amazing children, Samina (8) and Julius (6) Nothing beats Cleveland summers, and the sunsets here at Intro are amazing! You will see me at the hot tub and pool as soon as it opens!
Meet Talula, a five-year-old French Bulldog with a big personality. Nicknamed Lou or T, this city girl has lived in Chicago, NYC, and Cleveland, adapting to each new city with ease. One thing that doesn't sit well with her is vacuums, but she more than makes up for it with her love for treats. Her trainer describes her as one of the most stubborn dogs he's ever worked with, making for an exciting and challenging training experience.
Talula's parents are newlyweds, Alexandra and Anthony Frabotta.
