INTRO Insider: March 2024

hello resident,

March is a big month for us as we mark INTRO Cleveland’s two-year anniversary, coinciding with the onset of spring a time symbolic of new beginnings.

In the spirit of fresh starts, we are thrilled to introduce new members to our team. Please join us in welcoming Ramone, our new overnight concierge, and Lauren, our new leasing specialist (details on pages 16 and 17). However, alongside these new additions, it is also with a touch of sadness that we say farewell to Jessica as she embarks on a new chapter. Jessica has been an invaluable asset to our community over the past two years, and her absence will be deeply felt. We extend our gratitude for her numerous contributions over the years and wish her all the best in her future endeavors

As we transition seasons, we’ve scheduled a spring cleaning of the parking garage from March 18th to March 22nd. Be on the lookout for an email with essential instructions soon!

Turning to events, we're delighted to bring back the beloved floral workshop hosted by local business, The Floral Room, as well as another round of our popular meditation and sound bath classes. Of course, our monthly Grab N Go breakfasts and Champagne Fridays will continue as usual.

Lastly, we'd like to emphasize the importance of food composting at INTRO. It’s a simple and convenient way to contribute to our local environment. If cost is a concern, please don't hesitate to reach out. For just $5 per month, you can make a significant impact in sustainability.

Meet Hailey and yumin

Hailey and Yumin recently moved from Downtown Los Angeles to Cleveland after living together in LA for 4 years.

“Although we're sad to leave the warm weather behind, we're thrilled to be closer to our family and friends!”

Hailey is from the west side of Cleveland and Yumin is from New Jersey. They say, “we’re definitely looking forward to watching the Browns play the Giants in Cleveland.”

PET OF THE MONTH: Olive

Olive is a Siberian Husky mix and will be turning 3 in March Olive is a rescue and is excited to see snow for the first time! Although she's a big girl at 70 lbs, she loves playing with dogs of all different sizes. Olive belongs to Hailey and Yumin!

Meet Ramone. Born and raised in Cleveland’s Fairfax neighborhood, he describes himself as a dedicated father, Cleveland sports fan, Ohio State football fanatic, and former Chef.

Ramone loves to cook, read and travel. He says he likes to make great use of his 24 hours in a day.

“ I was born in the Cleveland area, and then raised on the East coast of Canada until Junior High when our family moved back to the US As a dual citizen, at a young age I found a passion for the world, and seeing as much of it as I can. When I'm not travelling, you'll find me paddleboarding on Lake Erie, hiking trails with my sweet 14 year-old dog, Ruby, or relaxing in my hammock lakeside. I love all things Cleveland and have often been a resource for friends and family on recommended restaurants, events, and spots you just have to see! I have 7 years of Real Estate experience and am excited to expand into the Leasing Field, while also getting to know everyone in this beautiful community“
