June is here and summer is in full swing!

No doubt you’ll be enjoying countless colorful sunsets on the pool deck and lounging in the jacuzzi all summer long To make for an even better rooftop experience, we have rounded up live DJs with melodic poolside music to periodically visit us throughout the season.

Our first Night Swim event at INTRO is on June 21st featuring DJ Smooth Talk hosted in partnership with resident Christian Harris and the Ostinato Group.

While the pool is popular, be sure to take advantage of all our outdoor amenities like the rooftop grills, fire pit lounges, and the romantic hammocks tucked away in the back corner of the rooftop with the best views in all of Cleveland!

The weekly Bodyweight Warrior classes on the fitness terrace have been a big hit so we will continue these classes through June on Monday evenings at 6:30pm. Thanks to Tremont Athletic Club for their partnership to keep us all fit and at the top of our bikini game.

Finally, join us at Pioneer at the end of the month for the Big Foot 5k Run and run all through Ohio City while supporting neighborhood clean up projects (find the event link with more details on page 5).

On a bittersweet note, a special note from Jeanine who has accepted a new career opportunity:

• HOURS OF POOL & HOT TUB OPERATION: 6AM – 10PM

• HOURS OF AMENITY DECK OPERATION: 6AM – MIDNIGHT

• 2 GUESTS PER RESIDENT (LEASE HOLDER) UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL BY MANAGEMENT REQUEST MUST BE SENT 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY IS STRICTLY 2 GUESTS PER RESIDENT ONLY

• RESIDENTS MUST ACCOMPANY GUESTS AT ALL TIMES

• WARNING, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

• ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS ALLOWED UP TO A $1,000 FINE MAY BE ASSESSED

• ABSOLUTELY NO FLOATATION DEVICES UNLESS IT IS SAFETY RELATED

Hey, everyone!

MEET ALEX MEROS

My name is Alex Meros and I've actually been an INTRO resident since July of 2022. You may recognize me from hosting INTRO's Monthly Board Game Night, spending time at the pool, the INTRO co-ed rec soccer team, or even perusing all the fresh food options at the West Side Market. I manage part of a commercial construction company right here in Ohio City which makes my commute about as short as possible when I'm not working from home or visiting my construction projects.

Born and raised here in Cleveland, I enjoy being close to home and having the opportunity to show lots of family and friends around all that INTRO has to offer and Ohio City as a whole. I also play bass and sing in a local rock band called Parking Lot Ducks. When we're not performing live you can check us out on Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube! If you have any music recommendations you'd like to share, or would like any recommendations in return, feel free to reach out!

Hobbies: boxing with the doorstops, playing dead weight under the coffee table, splashing in my water bowl, laying in the shade on walks, saying hi to all my friends on potty breaks

Favorite treats: cheese, chicken, apples, grass, mom and dads shoes

Personality: playful, smart, sweet, fluffy, baby shark

What she learned this month: sit, stay, down, come, heel, nighttime is for sleeping, tails are for eating and chasing
