The return of our epic pool season is upon us! To curate chill rooftop vibes for you this summer, we're bringing on more poolside DJs and live music Giving new meaning to “Resident DJ” is INTRO’s very own Resident, Taj Mahal, as he brings the poolside beats for us once again in June! (Learn more about Taj on page 10 )

While our Green-Rooftop is a popular amenity, you'll see more activation of INTRO's other outdoor spaces in June, including INTRO's Plaza and the patios of our hospitality partners at Jaja, Edda and Pioneer.

INTRO's Plaza brings unique events to INTRO Residents and the neighboring community. It serves as a melting pot for local artisans, musicians, entrepreneurs and thought leaders to organize and come together! We invite you to reserve the plaza for large group events like networking mixers or engaging community talks

This month, we'll have a Maker's Market with Cleveland Bazaar on Saturday, June 17th We'll also have a concert with games hosted by Pioneer in honor of their One Year Anniversary on Saturday, June 24th

The W Nail Bar is getting their space ready to open on June 22nd with bookings starting on June 8th Stay tuned for more info!

We are continuing complimentary weekly fitness classes with Tremont Athletic Club all summer long on the 9th floor gym terrace. Please RSVP and find more details on the INTRO App.

Lastly, we are proud to share that INTRO recently won a number of development and sustainability awards (see pg. 5). We also reached our first composting milestone of collecting 1,000 pounds of food waste!

Meet Taj Mahal

Hi all! I’m Taj Mahal and yes you heard that correct, like the building! I’m a Clevelander and I moved to Intro last year in April I have met many of you over the past year passing by or at events You may have also met me at my clothing brand pop up called “Mahal Sherpa”. Most recently I DJ’d at the Cinco de Mayo rooftop party and wanted to thank you all for coming!

My day job is software engineering at the Sherwin Williams headquarters downtown! I take the RTA train to work and it’s super convenient, take a ride sometime! They are currently building the new HQ which will be adding to our humble skyline Hopefully we can view it from our rooftop one day.

Outside of work I produce music (check me out on Spotify under “Baltaj”) and run a tech consulting startup! Feel free to reach out to me about networking in regards to music or tech business anytime!

Intro has been a blast and I look forward to meeting more of you. The amenities are great and make sure to take advantage of the gym, simply an elevator away I look forward to DJing again for you guys this summer! -Taj

"Hello, my name is Caesar! I am a very special 3 year old mini Goldendoodle I am a useful service animal and I love to travel with my mom, Cassandra, who takes me everywhere We enjoy the dog bowls in the summer at Townhall, going to Terrestrial Brewing company in the winter, and playing at Edgewater's Dog Beach.

My favorite place to eat in town is Luca's Barkery where I get the honey cinnamon cake. Can’t wait to see you all for play time at the doggie park!"

Hello Everyone,

I would like to introduce myself My name is Jon Vazquez and I am the new maintenance supervisor here at Intro Cleveland I was raised on the West Side of Cleveland, only a few streets away from our community I now reside in Bay Village with my wife and our pet German Shepard (AXL)

I left the area and joined the U S Navy Did 30 years and retired as a Chief Radioman My background is Communications Engineering Past employers include Technicolor and Raytheon

I have been doing residential maintenance for many years as well Hobbies include hiking the many trails around my area and going to Lake Erie I do spend a lot of time at a few of our local gun ranges as well

I am very excited to be here and be part of the community. Look forward to meeting all the residents here at Intro.

My name is Terri Daniels. I have been married for 15 wonderful years, I have 2 sons and 2 stepdaughters.

I retired from the Public Defender Office, Juvenile Division after 32 years with no regrets

I love bowling and outdoor sports, but my travels must be under the sun and on a beach.

Wanting to pursue a different path in my life, I chose Customer Service/Concierge and I enjoy it, especially here at Intro Cleveland.
