I am a coach and consultant and the Founder of the Ardelian Kuzma Group, LLC. My passion is helping my clients create transformational change. A former bank executive, I now work with high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs to create mindful leadership, increase focus, creativity, and productivity, and deliver wellness programs to organizations helping teams achieve optimal health.
After a successful 25 years in the corporate world, I began a new chapter and founded my coaching and consulting business to help others live the width – not just the length –of their lives.
We all seek to become healthier versions of ourselves, spend time with people we care about, and do things we enjoy. Yet, many of us find ourselves stressed, overwhelmed, and overextended. I help my clients redefine success, reduce their stress, overcome limiting beliefs, and design lives of purpose, passion, and peace.
I am the host of the Live the Width of Your Life podcast, a contributing author to Brainz Magazine, have written for Thrive Global, and post regularly on my blog, newsletter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
When I am not working, I love to spend time with my husband and two daughters, travel, practice yoga, read, listen to podcasts, cook, and spend time in nature..
Rust Belt Riders (RBR) works to provide an alterative to the landfill for your food waste. When food waste finds itself in the landfill it rots and emits methane, a greenhouse gas more toxic than carbon.
RBR's services takes that same food waste and makes compost from it, preventing methane from being released and helping you reduce your negative impact on the environment.
RBR has been serving the Cleveland area since 2014 and can accept all food waste. This allows you to divert 100% of your kitchen generated food scraps.
INTRO is committed to sustainability and that's why we are partnering with RBR to offer residents a food-waste compost service located within LL1 of the INTRO Building.
What’s Compostable?
Anything that was (or could have been) food Even things like meat, dairy and eggshells! Cups and packaging that are BPI Certified
A good rule of thumb:
if Nature made it, it’s probably compostable.
xWhen your food goes to the landfill, it rots It doesn’t get any oxygen, so then it creates and emits methane a powerful and toxic greenhouse gas responsible for warming our planet.
When food goes down the garbage disposal, it loses its potential to sequester carbon Plus, then the sewer and water district have to deal with it, and basically turn it into waste.
Healthy soil is a key ingredient to healthy communities, and we can’t have healthy soil without- you guessed itcompost! Your food scraps become compost, which goes on to provide nutrients and structure for growing food, flowers, and flora, as well as aiding communities via water retention, pollution mitigation, increasing biodiversity, and beautifying the places we live in and love.

Hi! My name is Charlie Anderson I’m originally from Michigan but moved to Cleveland in May 2022. I worked as an environmental engineer for a couple of years but recently, I decided to switch gears and focus on my own YouTube business full time
When I’m not cooking or eating, I like to lift weights, listen to music, and spend quality time with my girlfriend Cierra, and our dog Teddy. I also love to read - a few books that had a big impact on me in my early 20s are:
Combining my passion of teaching and cooking, I created my channel to inspire other home cooks and explore ways to make better food at home. Learning to cook is such a vital skill and I hope to motivate others to have fun in the kitchen

Penny aka “P” is a 7 month old Vizsla who thinks she is a human. You can see her playing with her bestie Daisy in the dog park or begging for treats at any point in the day. Penny loves her humans and her dog friends just as much as she loves naps and food. She will never fail to alert her parents 30 minutes before every meal with her begs.
Meet the people who keeps things going. We'll feature a few staff members in each issue! This month we are highlighting our Community Experience team.
My name is Jeanine and I'm your Director of Community Engagement. I work cross-functionally across the property to manage the Intro brand and community experience I do this by leveraging data and innovation, and by connecting us with Cleveland's local businesses, creatives, and makers to bring unique events, programs, and partnerships to our building.
A Cleveland native, I’ve spent nearly a decade working in multi-family and guest experience I hold a B A in Psychology from Denison University with a focus in Organizational Studies (Fun fact: I’m also certified in holistic health coaching and personal training!)
When I’m not doing Pilates, you can find me fan-girling over Mary Kondo’s tidying method or sipping mint tea while watching Gilmore Girls
