Dear Residents,

We hope this newsletter finds you well as we enter the month of February. As the weather outside may still be cold and dreary, we encourage you to find warm and cozy ways to stay connected with your community

This month honors African American people’s rich range of experiences, struggles and achievements throughout history and into our modern day. Please carve out time to support and share your favorite black-owned businesses with us at INTRO!

Be sure to check out February's unique schedule of events and activities, including a free floral arrangement workshop and cooking class We can't forget to mention INTRO's resident-led book club discussion and new game night

Whether you're celebrating Valentine's Day with a significant other or enjoying the love and appreciation of friendship, there are plenty of fun ways to mark the occasion.

Lastly, as we prepare for new leadership in this New Year marked by several other improvements at the property, please let us know if you have any suggestions -we love hearing from you! There is now a black suggestion box near the mailboxes.

MEET THE TEAM- Adrian Alston

Hello All!

My name is Adrian Alston, Maintenance Supervisor for Intro Cleveland where you call home. I had the honor of joining this team in November of 2021, well before the project was completed which gave me the opportunity to see the bones of the building before it became the beauty that we all see today

I started my career in Building Engineering in 2008 and have been a part of the development team for four newly constructed buildings and projects in Cleveland

I keep busy as an entrepreneur utilizing my background in Digital Design and Brand Development working with small to corporate businesses, including the Cleveland Guardians, Radio One, and a host of other organizations.

Jesus Norena

My name is Jesus Norena. I've been working as a Maintenance Tech for INTRO since February 7, 2022

I am 45 years old, born and raised in Colombia, South America I moved to the United States when I was 19 years old In my spare time, I like to watch soccer. I also enjoy playing soccer & volleyball.

I have 5 children and 1 grandchild and a lovely wife I love to spend time with my family and travel to different places I love cruises This year is going to be my 4th cruise, this time with the entire family including my in-laws

I love what I do and the best part is that I enjoy doing it. I’m proud of my job, myself, and my achievements over the past 12 years of doing maintenance."

MEET THE TEAM- Joe Dykin

Hello! My name is Joe Dykin, and it's my upmost pleasure to serve both residents and the building I consider myself compassionate, hard working, and dedicated to what I do Aside from work, I love meeting new people, staying active in sports, painting, and swimming at the beach I love fishing and just about anything to do with nature.

I was raised just south of INTRO in Brooklyn, OH I joined the military after High School where I lived oversees and out of state Later, I moved back to Cleveland from Virginia Beach to be closer to friends and family

The most valuable thing I learned about maintenance is that a building would be an empty shell without all the people's positive energy

Hello to all the amazing people here at INTRO! My name is Bryant Glover, I was born at a very young age in a small country town called Twinsburg ;)

I always learn from the mistakes of others who take my advice I was always told I hold the key to my success but I think someone changed the lock.

I am an advocate for nature and love being outdoors which is why I love environmental science I love to hike, camp, kayak, fish, and horseback riding

It's an absolute treat everyday here at INTRO seeing the smiles of the residents and the dogs who greet you with tails wagging, jumping with joy.

I am very excited to see what is to come in the future of this company When I'm here, I feel like I'm home. Much love and peace to all."

Meet Dana

My name is Dana Drewniak and I am so excited to finally be living in INTRO I grew up on the east side in Chagrin Falls, but I am happy to now call Ohio City my home I have been working full time for the Cavaliers for the past 5 years and I absolutely love what I do! I wear many hats in the office, but I am mostly responsible for booking groups for our in game performances and creating theme nights Check the Intro app for a resident discount on tickets

PET OF THE MONTH: Haden

Haden is a 10 year old German Shepherd/Beagle mix. Named after Joe Haden, you could say she's a pretty big Browns fan. You can find her around INTRO wearing her pretty pink bows, often acting like she’s commander of the hallways. The only things she loves more than barking are car rides, sleeping and cuddling. Especially cuddling. My owner is Jordan Elliot.
