We hope you ’ re feeling inspired and energized this holiday season with the resurgence of events and people coming together! Following a long stretch of uncertain times in previous years, we're welcoming all of the festivities this season.
The holidays can also be a lonely time for some of us. Being mindful of this, we continue to remain committed to fostering community here at Intro and within the neighborhood
Reflecting on Intro’s beautifully diverse community, we believe that regardless of your religious views, there is so much to celebrate, be grateful for, and learn from each other during this time of year. Remember to show kindness to yourself, your neighbors, and embrace a generous spirit.
With this being our second newsletter, there is so much to cover! In the following pages, you’ll find everything from property-related travel tips, staff and resident spotlights, to an introduction to our new composting program that we’ll be rolling out in January.
As a reminder, we encourage you to reach out to be featured in future issues or contribute to this community newsletter however you feel called.
Warmly, Jeanine & Tamra

if Nature made it, it s probably compostable. disposal, it loses its potential to sequester carbon Plus, then the sewer and water district have to deal with it, and basically turn it into waste
Healthy soil is a key ingredient to healthy communities, and we can’t have healthy soil without you guessed it compost! Your food scraps become compost, which goes on to provide nutrients and structure for growing food, flowers, and flora, as well as aiding communities via water retention, pollution mitigation, increasing biodiversity, and beautifying the places we live in and love
Rust Belt Riders (RBR) works to provide an alterative to the landfill for your food waste. When food waste finds itself in the landfill it rots and emits methane, a greenhouse gas more toxic than carbon.
RBR's services takes that same food waste and makes compost from it, preventing methane from being released and helping you reduce your negative impact on the environment.
RBR has been serving the Cleveland area since 2014 and can accept all food waste. This allows you to divert 100% of your kitchen generated food scraps.
INTRO is committed to sustainability and that's why we are partnering with RBR to offer residents a food-waste compost service located within LL1 of the INTRO Building.
Details will be announced in the weeks to come. Find out more about them at RustBeltRiders.com and follow their podcast: Rust Belt Riders Podcast

Miss Molly “Bolly” Schaup is a 1 year old mini Sheepadoodle (Old English Sheepdog mixed with mini Poodle)! She is white and grey, with brown/golden eyes; her appearance seemingly changes frequently when she gets groomed, but she’s still the same adorable dog! If you ’ re ever in the lobby and you hear stomping steps, it’s 9 out of 10 times Molly pulling her mom, Kathy, to sit by the treat jar after her walk Her favorite treats are peanut butter bones but she also LOVES mini cucumbers… she’ll do anything for them Some tricks in her repertoire are sit, through the legs, stand, spin, and go in your kennel! She loves all dogs and loves to play and be chased. She is a BIG hugger and kisser, so if you ’ re looking for some puppy lovin’, Molly is where it’s at!
