To ensure everyone’s continued security, we want to send a friendly reminder that you should never share your personalized latch door code with guests (this is for you, only!) Latch gives you a convenient ability to manage your guest access for 1 day or up to several months If you need assistance, please let us know, and we would be happy to show you how to control guest access appropriately. On this same topic, please AVOID holding main doors open for folks you do not recognize as residents. With the uptick of vehicle break ins in surrounding areas, we want to remind residents that we are actively working with local law enforcement to resolve this issue PLEASE report to or call local authorities anytime there is a break-in, or you see criminal activity We can only overcome this issue with your help in reporting this

Say hello to, Stephen and Olivia Farrell.
Olivia is from Birmingham, UK and relocated to Cleveland in June of 2024. Olivia has been a nurse for 10 years, with specific interest in Liver transplant and Intensive care, but currently taking some time to settle here in Cleveland.
Stephen is from Liverpool, UK, and arrived in Cleveland in April of 2024 to set up their new life, after they got married. He has spent most of his life serving as a Royal Marine Commando and Military Officer but now works as a Sr Engineering Manager for Nuclear Reactor development.
Their hobbies include anything fitness and nutrition related, and Olivia is obsessed with fashion. If she is ever having a bad day, take her shopping. They are excited to learn what the surrounding area has to offer and look forward to meeting more people from our community here at INTRO. They have a Ragdoll cat named Henry and added a new puppy named Alfie to thier family. Say hi to them in the Dog Park !!Their future plan is to stay in the US and build a new life here in Cleveland.

When submitting a work order, please be as detailed and descriptive as possible in your notes to ensure that our leasing and maintenence team is well prepared to complete your work order. Please include whether or not we have permission to enter your unit, if you would like a courtesy call ahead and include clear instructions for your pets if applicable. If you need assistance on submitting a work order, please contact Concierge or the Leasing office as we are always happy to help !
As of January 2024, our ownership group will no longer be providing replacement refrigerator water filters. They are available for purchase upon request & our maintenence staff can instll them for you. Please keep in mind that water filters are installed brand new in every unit upon move in. Please contact the Management office if you have any questions or concerns.

As we welcome new residents to INTRO, please be mindful that we are VERY limited on available spaces in our indoor parking garage. Please do your part & park in your assigned spaces at all times ! Violators will be towed. Please contact the leasing office for parking inquires. If someone is parked in your assigned space please report it ASAP to Concierge or Management. As a reminder, we have onsite storage units available for rental. Parking spaces are not allowed to be used for storage of any kind as it is a violation of your lease agreenment.
To ensure the safety and privacy of our residents here at INTRO Cleveland, Food Deliveries will NOT be allowed to be delivered to residential floors after 10 PM per Management’s request.
