We have several updates and new faces to introduce this April!

We are thrilled to welcome Kassandra Luz as INTRO’s Leasing Manager. Kassandra brings six years of experience in property management, and she is a welcome addition to our on-site management office. As we gear up for our busy season, we are also excited to welcome Dalianie Garcia to our leasing team. Dalianie is eager to join the community and support our current and future residents.

We have also added additional in-house cleaning staff, including Bianca and Tiara We hope you've noticed the sparkling hallways thanks to our phenomenal cleaning team! Please visit pages 16-19 to learn more about our new hires

There has been some restructuring of the management office, and there will no longer be a General Manager position. The corporate managers, Mr. KC Williams and Tina Marici, will be here regularly to support the growth of our department leads in the Leasing, Property Maintenance, and Concierge/Resident Experience departments Evan, Kassandra, Dalianie, Lauren, Lead Concierge Terri, and Rick, our Building Engineer, remain available and on-site daily

For assistance, please stop by the office and submit a maintenance request or call our concierge staff at (216) 294-1300 to be directed to the appropriate team manager.

Finally, to ensure everyone's continued security, we want to send a friendly reminder that you should NEVER share your personalized Latch door code with guests (this is for you, only!). Latch gives you a convenient ability to manage guest access for one day or up to several months. If you need assistance, please let us know, and we would be happy to show you how to control guest access appropriately On this same topic, please avoid holding main doors open for folks you do not recognize as residents

Greetings everyone

My name is Kassandra Luz & I am thrilled to start this new journey here at INTRO Cleveland as the Leasing Manager. I am a Cleveland native but raised in both Cleveland & South Florida. Following in my father’s footsteps, I’ve spent over 6+ years working in the real estate development, construction & property management industry. I loved every second of being in Florida but one thing that I missed was spending time with my younger siblings & family.

In June of 2023, I relocated back to Cleveland & I think it’s safe to say, there’s really no place like home. I love everything about this city. In my free time, I enjoy staying active in health & fitness. I also love traveling & trying new foods anywhere I go. I value my quality time spent with family & friends. I also love anything outdoors. I hope to bring some new ideas to this community. One day I aspire to have my very own multi living property in this beautiful city. Come by the office and say hi sometime! I’d love to get to know everyone in this community.

Dalianie has been passionate about real estate her entire life. As a child, she would tour family properties and new construction developments with her dad. Outside of work, she is a mother to three beautiful daughters and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has been in the cleaning business since she graduated in 2008!
