, Lisi Development is the first developer of its kind in Georgia to engage in such a wide-scale project involving 355 acres of land. The Lisi Green Town site is located around Lisi Lake in the capital of Tbilisi and so offers a great combination of close proximity to the city centre and living amongst nature. Due to its lakeside position, the average temperature is four to five degrees less than in the city making life even more comfortable for its residents. Lisi Tower with its plaza is located in the second district of the Lisi Green Town residential complex. Its design was developed by the famous Dutch architectural company UNStudio to include an 11-storey building,
commercial and retail areas, large parking zones including underground parking and an extensive pedestrian recreational zone. Surrounded by low-density apartment buildings, townhouses and villas with a unified architectural style, Lisi Tower will become a vibrant heart of the complex. There will be a total of 38 apartments within the tower, each with a living space of between 70 to 100m² including a balcony. Its architecture is certainly unique. Based on one core surrounded by 360-degree terraces, the building appears to be practically transparent. Due to its steep topography and surrounding low-density buildings, Lisi Tower offers its residents superb panoramic city views.
