What are your top 3 tips for staying well in the education profession?

TIP 1:

Prioritise community - At the end of the day, the things that matter most are people and relationships

TIP 2:

Give & receive support - I do the former more easily, but I'm getting better at accepting the latter.

TIP 3:

Take risks - A former colleague had a quote on their bulletin board that read "If you're careful enough, nothing bad or good will ever happen to you."
