Identify and Recognize your emotions
Identify and name emotions, recognize how your emotions affect you (mentally and physically), and pay attention to what triggers them
Reflect on your relationships
Listen to yourself and to others
You don't need to do this alone
Be open to different people playing different roles in your life, and to playing different roles in their lives
In the same way that you pay attention to your emotions and feelings, pay attention to how you feel with different people in your life. Make time and space to communicate about what you need from relationships, and what is working for you, or what is not
