The Online delegate Experience

This is not just another Live Stream Conference...

It is a 360 online experience Cause being accessible to everyone everywhere, starts with our very own way of doing things

How to prepare your commission

1. Define your online delegates: MCVPs and LCPs who will need to follow the conference 2. Find your online chief delegate: We want OC Live to be a whole online experience, which is not only watching the live sessions, but also feeling like you’re actually there. For that we need your online chief delegate to guide your entity’s delegation! 3. Make sure they know and join the channels: They need to check out AI Team’s Facebook fan page, Youtube’s channel and all the platforms we’ll be using for the broadcast. 4. Download the agenda: So that you know when the session starts, as well as the live streamed interviews with the FACI Team, and both YSF and gala night broadcast! 5. Integrate them to the online action spaces: Cool window chats and spaces to discuss and actively participate in IC’s agenda. We love conferences not just for the content we listen to… but also for the amazing people we meet there!
