Empowering high-potential women to step into leadership
VML saw a need to close the gender gap at mid-to-senior levels— and to take real action in response to EU gender pay transparency regulations. WISE was created to develop high-potential women and build a stronger, more inclusive leadership pipeline.
• Launched WISE with self-assessments, 1:1 coaching & skill sessions
